Some tools that will help during these AMAZING Times...

I sent this email to a young lady I know that was reaching out for help.  The following is what I was guided to send to her.  I was also guided to share it with anyone who can use this information.  Be blessed!

You get to calm down and stop looking for what is wrong and start recognizing and acknowledging what is right.  You get to learn to breathe. As you inhale count to 4 and when you exhale count to 4. That will fill your body with oxygen, energy and peace while bringing you into the present moment and will rebuild your cells and give you clear insight into your next step.  BREATHE... TAKE A STEP... REPEAT!


Another tool you can use is called. E.F.T. Emotional Freedom Technique. I am going to have the initials tattoo'd on my hand so I remember to use it when my emotional guidance system is telling me I am not happy.

This very simple technique you can do by yourself and for yourself is very fast and effective for moving energy when you feel anxiety or emotional over flow... 


Mercury Retrograde is a time of deep introspection and understanding, it is a time to be present and conscious so that you are certain to be clear when you communicate and do not speak just to hear your own voice.  


Everything that happens in the universe is divine.  It is only your perception that makes it good or bad.  It is time for you to let go of control (EGO) and let your spirit guide you (INSPIRITED).  The tighter you squeeze the less grip you will have on your life and you will continue to waist valuable energy.

There was a disturbance in the forest last night...

There was a disturbance in the forest last night. 

During the summer, when at home.  I leave the patio door cracked in our room and in the kitchen so that our three lovely cats can roam as they please.  After all they do own the place! We just pay the bills! LOL

Over the last few days I have caught our neighbor's black and a random new kitten entering our home looking for food.  Yesterday about 7:30pm I I had just gotten home and settled in from work, ate dinner.  Then, while in the living room I hear Leroy start this crazy growl and it took me a few minutes before I realized that he had encountered a random cat that had come into the house in the hallway.  Now Akyra, my visually altered super hero cat, was in the hall way at the opposite end of the "Leroy and Random cat Encounter." 

Leroy continued his growl and soon there was loud and obnoxious cat noises and I heard a couple of paw smacks, then I see Akyra running for her life! She slammed into the wall, then into the empty five gallon jugs I had the front door then she skidded her way through the kitchen to the patio door hitting the leg of the kitchen table, then the wall on her way out and took off!  I panicked for a moment, I wanted to see what cat Leroy had schooled but I was guided to go look for Akyra, I knew she was super scared. 

I went into the backyard and there was no sign of Akyra.  I saw the neighbor's cat leaving my bedroom after being schooled by Leroy and still I had no idea where Akyra had gone.  She wasn't responding to my calls and wasn't in any of the hiding places I could think of. 

When the sun went down and it was 9pm and I still had not seen my little Kyra.  I started getting worried like maybe she hurt herself while running for her life.  I saw her hit several things just on the way out the door lord knows what she may have encountered while running full speed into the brush in the backyard!

I prayed and began chanting the violet flame decree protecting Akyra, Leroy, Mama, Jeff and I then decided to see if I could go to sleep.  It was very challenging to sleep through the night.  Every sound I heard, I thought it was Kyra coming to join me on the bed like she usually would.  When I work up at 4:44am and realized she still wasn't there I had a hard time going back to sleep and of course at that moment I get a text from my Love, Jeff, saying, "Baby, baby! I love you!"  I felt warmth in my heart and I know he could feel me and that something was wrong.  He is away enjoying his Phish tour and I was not about to let him know that Akyra was missing so I texted back, "I love you! :)"

I continued chanting the violet flame decree to get back to sleep and I noticing sounds under the bed and at that time I was so emotionally drained I was focused on getting as much sleep as I could get since I knew I had work in the morning.

7am rolls around and I had come in and out of some weird dreams.  When I realized that Akyra was still not on the bed I started thinking about where she could have possibly gone and if she was cold or hurt.  I began to get up and call her name again.  I managed to get Mama and Leroy in the house.  I cryed to them and told them I didn't know where there sister was.  I cried all the way back to my room and went to the bathroom.  As I balled my eyes out like a little girl, my little squirrel like cat Kyra comes over to me like she usually does and gave me love.  I started freaking out going, " OH MY GODDESS! WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN!??"  Then I realized she was making the noises under the bed! She was with me the whole time!

I had never been more happy to see her then in that moment and I was so over joyed, Am overjoyed that she is okay and here.  She was still very scared from last night's commotion but I know she will be just fine.  I got to give her some Love Time and remind her that she is safe. 

I am so grateful for my blessings and look forward for the many blessings I get to receive today!

What a night! I left my house for work at 11:11 this morning and Now I am at work and just met a woman who was born on 11/11/51.  She will be 60 this year and I told her that she is an angel and that she better party her butt off this November! 

The intense, loving magnitute of Angelic energy is tangible now!  Thank you angels!

Life is amazing... I appreciate the details of my life!
