To the heavens!  Tell us who you are

We see you but don’t assume we know.

Of powerful prophetic truth expressed

So sweet they speak with sensational sounds

Leaving the temple with love intention has

No bounds, restrictions, no discrimination

ILOVEYOU

You say these words and I see love birds leave

Your lips and dance around the letters all the

Way to the tree rooted in my heart.

They perch, they kiss, they sing, they dance

In the fearless truth of love

ILOVEYOU

I am healed over and over and over with

Harmonic repetition every single time I hear those

I let the paper be my canvas as I

mix letters like paint to create the

perfect hues of oranges and blues,

jazz, hop hop, dub stepping paint

slatter on the dance floor.

My pencil moves like a ballerina

up on her toes.  Harmonic pulsation

With each breath and step, leap,

spin, twist and a flick of the wrist.

I enlist more colors, letters, textures

Galore expressing the love in my

Heart is heart core.  This canvas

Is universal love like song, music,

wisdom, scriptures. I feel the
warms and cools.  I touch the

medium with excitement and fervor.

Joy ignites with each word I

write not quite sure what will come

next I breathe and let spirit do the

rest, through my vessel of love, light pours,

bringing peace to wars.  Enlightenment to

self-imprisoned release the slave from his

own mentality.  I never said you couldn’t do

it, you just thought I did.

Alas, I am the one in complete control

And yet total surrender.  For I know the

power that comes from my blessed

Creatively expressed confessions of love,

joy bliss and sorrow.

Let my truth be told when I plaster the mold

With new designs and frames of mind

Ideas and inspiration, calculate my life’s equation

On the canvas I let my paper be.

"Change The Oil!"

I am currently cleansing my mind, body and spirit to welcome Fall.  As I have been successful for three days now and will continue for at least another 4 or so days, allowing my body to guide me through the process.  I have had much introspection and many revelations.


I have begun to understand the importance of cleansing the body or "Changing the oil" as I like to say.  What happens to a car if the oil doesn't get changed.  It will run for a while, maybe a long while but eventually it will cause harm to the engine.


During the change of the seasons is when people tend to get sick an irritable and I believe that the illnesses and irritation come from not clearing out the past seasons to embrace the next.  We are creatures of habit and still we must embrace these changes that are the only constant in the world.  


If you have allergies, your body is communicating with you to "Change the oil."

Some tools that will help during these AMAZING Times...

I sent this email to a young lady I know that was reaching out for help.  The following is what I was guided to send to her.  I was also guided to share it with anyone who can use this information.  Be blessed!

You get to calm down and stop looking for what is wrong and start recognizing and acknowledging what is right.  You get to learn to breathe. As you inhale count to 4 and when you exhale count to 4. That will fill your body with oxygen, energy and peace while bringing you into the present moment and will rebuild your cells and give you clear insight into your next step.  BREATHE... TAKE A STEP... REPEAT!


Another tool you can use is called. E.F.T. Emotional Freedom Technique. I am going to have the initials tattoo'd on my hand so I remember to use it when my emotional guidance system is telling me I am not happy.

Mercury Retrograde is a time of deep introspection and understanding, it is a time to be present and conscious so that you are certain to be clear when you communicate and do not speak just to hear your own voice.  


Everything that happens in the universe is divine.  It is only your perception that makes it good or bad.  It is time for you to let go of control (EGO) and let your spirit guide you (INSPIRITED).  The tighter you squeeze the less grip you will have on your life and you will continue to waist valuable energy.
